sister company of Far West Fibers in 1994. We are the largest and most
complete recycling service in Eastern Washington and the processor for both
city and county curbside programs since they began. |

| Our focus is on collecting, processing and shipping
recyclables from sources in the Inland Empire to mills throughout the
Pacific Northwest. Our 4-acre facility has two separate baling plants
and separate sort lines for commingled and high-grade papers and for steel
cans, aluminum and plastic bottles. |

| We process and bale 3,700 tons of recyclables each month.
Corrugated cardboard, newspaper and office papers make Up the largest
portion of our monthly tonnage. |

| Brokerage service is a vital part of our business. Our
sales department locates reliable, long-term markets throughout the Pacific
Northwest. Sales of brokered paper average 3,200 tons per month. |

| Waste Paper Services, a subsidiary of Spokane Recycling
Products, operates a full-service collection fleet for commercial customers.
Our services include van, tractor, semi-trailers and roll on/roll off
equipment for paper pick Up and delivery. |

| In 2002 Spokane Recycling purchased a plant in Coeur
D'Alene, Idaho which is called Bluebird Recycling. In a typical month
we sell 800 tons of recyclables from our New Idaho plant. |
