| Established in 1985, Far West Fibers Sales & Marketing
Division purchases approximately 20,000 tons per month of baled scrap paper
from converting plants and other sources of baled, mill-ready material
throughout the United States and Canada. The paper is then sold to
various paper mills in the United States or shipped to the export market. |

| Our knowledgeable and experienced sales and marketing staff works closely
with our other recycling operations to create a totally integrated recycling
system and locate the best markets for our recyclables. |

| We also operate bale and roll stock transloading
facilities at our Portland, Hillsboro and Southeast Portland plants.
All facilities have easy access to the Port of Portland. |
